Thanks a lot for Michael Clifford's excellent weekly column. You put the finger on all the wounds the Irish political system (and society) suffers from. I am still shocked to read about the amount of nepotism and corruption and the complete lack of political will and correctness.
I always felt that the Irish are the Italians of the North: I meant it in a good way: cheerful, friendly, big heart, curious and a bit cheeky; now I see that they have copied the Mafia scenarios also...
I find it is rare that someone speaks out publicly about things in this country: you did it. Well done, keep up the good work.
The Tribune is the only Sunday paper worth while reading.
