THREE people arrested in connection with a 'tiger' kidnapping last week were released yesterday without charge.


The abduction of a bank official and his wife on 2 September, which led to the theft of €300,000, has so far led to eight arrests and one charge of money laundering, the first such charge of its kind under new legislation aimed at curbing 'tiger' kidnappings.
