The crisis in Ireland has shown up Fianna Fáil for what it is – the most undemocratic party in Ireland.

The underlying philosophy in Fianna Fáil has always been that the 'party' is sacrosanct. Nothing, not country nor people, can get in the way of the 'party'.

This philosophy of 'party' before country, more suited to communist China than republican Ireland, has unfortunately, reduced our country to its present sorry state.

No one in Fianna Fáil seems capable of doing the right thing by us, even at this late stage, and admit that they have ruined the country. The members of Fianna Fáil just don't get it. Their number is up, so would they ever do the decent thing and get the hell out!
