TWO Polish men who became stranded in an isolated cove were rescued in the early hours of yesterday morning.


They were found alive and well but badly shaken by the Dunmore East lifeboat at 2.30am yesterday and were taken to safety. The two men – aged 27 and 30 – had left Dunmore Harbour in Co Waterford at around midday on Friday but failed to return.
