The Irish Aviation Authority (IAA) is warning of possible delays and cancellations to Irish flights today due to the volcanic ash cloud.

The ash cloud is set to make its way over the west coast this morning, and may cover the rest of the country later in the day.

As a result, Sligo, Donegal, and Knock airports will be open until 7am this morning, while all other Irish airports will be open until at least 1pm. The IAA have said an update will be provided at 9:30am.
