Every time I hear a government minister or politician utter "smart economy", it has the same effect on me as the previous 'Y2K compliant', 'Celtic tiger', 'broadband roll-out', 'PDs', 'green agenda', 'social partners', etc, etc.
In other words vomit-inducing!
